KEY rESPONSIBILITIES
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Handle incoming calls and emails, take accurate messages from potential clients and partners
Prepare Quotes based on incoming event Audio-Visual rental requests and coordinate with our production team regarding LED equipment and AV event technology rentals
Support Email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including messaging, follow-ups, and basic direct marketing tasks
Research and identify target contacts in the event, hospitality, and creative industries; initiate outreach via emails, messages and occasional calls (the goal is to schedule appointment video calls with our core Sales Manager)
Create social media posts aligned with our brand 1-2 times a week, help with content creation.
Attend Networking industry events and assist with influencer and blogger collaborations in the future as we roll out new marketing campaigns
Strong communication and writing skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident Computer skills: Corporate emails, Calendars, CRM, Google Docs, Excel, Canva, etc.
Comfortable with basic sales admin tasks and client communication
Knowledge of the event industry, LinkedIn outreach, or digital marketing is a plus
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

We offer positions such as AV technicians, LED wall installers, event production crew, video technicians, warehouse crew, and event setup and strike crew.
Experience in audio visual, LED wall installation, live events, staging, rigging, or event production is helpful, but some entry-level positions are available.
Most positions are in Las Vegas, but we also work in Los Angeles, Anaheim, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Orlando, Chicago, and other major event cities.
